Today's Lunch

Yesterday I made up some Chicken Salad...I made my own recipe...
1 pound cooked chicken (cubed)
1/4 cup Mayo (I use Tessemae's) 
Then sprinkled in the following: Pineapple, Grapes, Almond Slivers, Celery and Pomegranates
Served on Butter Lettuce with a side of Watermelon
