Lunch on the Quick

 

I ran home today for lunch (I won't be home tonight, so I needed to go ahead and make Kyle's dinner).  I decided to brown ground beef with green onions (I had these left over), and serve on top of butter lettuce topped with homemade salsa and quac.  It took me less than 10 mins to fix this up, and Kyle will have the beef to make his salad for dinner.
