Whole30 Round 3

I had good intentions to blog my Round 3, but I got busy, and it just didn't happen....however, I did take lots of pics of my meals, so here ya go!
Breakfast Bowls: Roasted Broccoli, Compliant Chicken Sausage, and Two Fried Eggs...the eggs are on the bottom
Taco Salad...because it's easy and YUMMY...and every Tuesday is Taco (salad) Tuesday
Zesty Chicken Bites with Tessemae's Creamy Ranch and BBQ sauce (Ranch was my fav) served with roasted Asparagus and Tomatoes
Beef Slaw with Cucumber Slices and Tomatoes and Tessemae's Southwest Ranch Dressing
Fajitas...another fav!
Hamburger Steak, Bacon, Sauteed Onions, and Roasted Potatoes
Weekend Breakfast is the best...no rush...and so GOOD!
A new pork loin recipe...I liked it, the hubby wasn't too fond of it
Another new recipe...Steak with side salad and brussel sprouts...next time, I won't use flank steak...it was too tough
More Zesty Chicken Bites...it's in our weekly rotation
New Recipe...this was AMAZING!  Cut up chicken, cook in skillet, when chicken is about 3/4ths done, add in Coconut Amino Teriyaki Sauce, cook on high, then cut down low, and let it simmer....seriously tasted like Hananoki chicken.  Serve with steamed cauli rice and veggies!
I tried to make Mexican Cauli Rice...I didn't care for it...
My go to snack when I need something sweet...buy these at Sprouts...not sure how, but it's like eating chocolate!
Forgot to the the pic before we fixed our plates...Buffalo Chicken Casserole (out of the Whole30 cookbook)...I LOVED this dish...hubs thought it was just okay.
Featured...the cutest helped I know...he loves to cook!!!  Compliant Chicken Sausage and lots of Veggies...cooked in the skillet with a little EVOO and dinner is ready in about 20 mins!
Served with Roasted Asparagus...I had some left from last week and needed to use it up...I HATE wasting groceries!
